All items are handmade and made-to-order.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Selva House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopselvahouse.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
