  • All items are handmade and made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Selva House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopselvahouse.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
